Mike's Food Co. started with a love for sharing the incredible flavors and stories I’ve picked up through my years of traveling, eating, working and teaching in the hospitality industry. The mobile food truck is about creativity and collaboration, and serving up scratch food that will make you stop and savor the moment. Tucson’s food scene is something special, and I’m on a mission to highlight the amazing local ingredients and producers that make this city a culinary gem. Every dish is a fusion of flavors and cultures, crafted to tell a story and honor the people and places that inspired it.
